Can't check verizon status on apple online store

Hi, I tried checking my verizon status on the apple online store (before it went down) and it said my verizon password was incorrect - except the same password works on verizon.com. I'm a college student and my billing address is at home, and if I order from verizon.com, then I can only get it shipped home. Any ideas for how I can get apple.com to work or use verizon.com to get it shipped to me at school?

The password they want is not the My Verizon password, but the billing password. Usually last 4 digits of the account holder's social.

Same thing happened to me! It uses the first 5 letters.

Say your password is macrumors, for the apple site your password would be macru...
