Can't clear up space in iCloud

I deleted my Mail Trash which was about 3.2 GB and I waited about an hour to make sure it synced everywhere properly and indeed the trash in Mail, everywhere has been deleted but when I check my storage space it still says 3.2 GB taken up from Mail.

Any suggestions as how to deal with this?

Solved it: Had to also delete the "send" folder
