Can't connect my mom's 3g to her computer

keeps connecting and disconnecting over and over... Different cords and still nothing... Only charges through the wall but can't sync on the computer... Any suggestions? Is there a thread to direct me to?

I assume you mean it doesn’t recognize the phone. Have you tried different USB ports? Have you rebooted the computer? Have you reinstalled iTunes?

If nothing works, put the phone in DFU mode (see my sig).

It's like there's a loose connection between the usb and the connection on the phone...

ugh, I just figured it out... my mom's computer sucks and the usb's are dying... Plugged it up to my computer it worked just fine... Thanks for the video tho 🙂
