iPhone 7/Plus can't connect to guest wifi

folks - my iphone 7 somehow doesn't work with the guest wifi at work. Everybody else's does. Here is how everybody conects- choose guestservices at the wifi page, once connected it automaticlaly displays a spalsh page where they click I agree and then get connected. With me it connects with the wifi but the splash page never appears. Is there something I need to reset on my phone?

Open Safari and see if it appears then.

You could reboot iphone

and/or

Reset Network Settings---This will reset any saved wifi networks

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

It can also be down to incompatible router. I’ve seen this happen with specific routers.
