Can't connect to iCloud Photos any more

Hi, wondering if anyone is experiencing this, for the last couple of days if I go to Photos in iCloud in my browser, it tries to connect and then I get the error: Can't Load Photos: There was a problem loading the application.

It was working fine, my other iCloud services all work OK but iCloud Photos just won't connect. Last night it briefly started working again for a few minutes and then went 'offline' again - Now I only get the connection error above - Thanks

I don't even see the photos option anymore, even though my phone still has the beta service enabled.

Just noticed today that it's disappeared from my iCloud.com menu, too.

Are people still also having problems accessing "Photos" on icloud.com?

Any suggestions?

I tried Safari and Chrome browsers. All is syncing and working ok on iOS devices.

Yes it's down again, very unreliable - they can't release junk like this.
