Cant Convert DVD to iPhone Format

Did anyone else have this problem? So far it only happen with the new Dark Knight DVD. Other DVDs work just fine. I try to convert the new Batman DVD to iPhone format but it wouldn't read the DVD. But the program works with other DVDs. So I try to play it in my TV's DVD player while recording it on my computer. That still didnt work. The movie would blink off and on while playing on the computer but played just fine on the TV. Did Warner Brothers wise up and found a way to block the DVD from being copy. It plays fine while I watch it on my TV or computer.
