On my PC with Word 2003, I can select an entire web page, including text and graphics, copy it, and paste it into a Word document. On My MacBook Pro with Word 2008, I select an entire web page, including text and graphics, hit "copy" and try to paste it into a Word document. All I get is TEXT, no graphics. Is it impossible to copy and paste graphics into Word 2008 documents, or is there a trick I have not yet found. I'm really frustrated. I'd rather be on my Mac rather than my PC. Thanks.
You can drag the images to your desktop and then drag that to Word to get the images in. Or you could open the application Grab and capture your selection, and save as an image.
I tried, I can't I can select a web page, but it won't drag over to the desktop. So I tried GRAB. It would only let me save as a *.tiff file. When I tried to open it with Word, Word wanted to convert it to text; it wouldn't open it otherwise. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Ginny
