Can’t copy photos to my Windows 10 PC

I have an iPhone 11 and I try to copy my photos to a Windows 10 PC. The PC detects the iPhone, but when I try to copy the photos from the iPhone’s folders (as it works with a photo camera) I see no photos inside them. I try to reset the permissions and reinstall the drivers on PC, but I can’t copy the photos from my iPhone, because 9/10 times the PC doesn’t show them in the File Explorer. When I can see them, the copy process has many problems and I can complete the task. How can I solve this problem? There is a valid free third party app? The Window’s photo importer doesn’t work, probably because of the same problem. I was importing photos with this method for about 10 years (simply copy-paste) but now I can’t do it anymore. Any ideas?
 
Maybe you can try “Google Photos” it will sync Automatically and I hope it have enough space for your photos.
 
With my iPhone 12 I can see the photos in file explorer on Win10, but with the old iPhone 11 can’t see the photos folder. Why? How can I reset all iPhone settings on Win10? I’ve already reset the privacy setting on iPhone
