Can't Create APPLE ACCOUNT

This Is My 1st Post, Hope Everyone is Fine!

I am facing Same Error In Every 5/6 iOS Devices with Different Models!

When I Creating An Account, Its Say "Cant Create Account at this Time"
also Facing OTP Isuse (Even Number Is Fresh) Cant Send OTP to This Number!
At Now A Days Another Issue Facing: "Could'nt Update Account" (an error accured)

I believe devices are limited to the number of accounts they can be associated with in a period of time. I don’t know the max number or how long the time period is. Maybe someone else could chime in?

Apple Accounts are for El Cap and newer. And iOS 9 and newer. So can't make a new Apple Account on any old device iirc.

It looks like you're on an older iOS version, I don't know those will allow you to create a new account at this point.

Not sure whether this would work or not, but you could try creating an Apple ID on a newer device or potentially on iCloud.com (if that’s possible) and then logging into your older device that way (if that’s also possible?). Other than that, I’m not too sure.

Its Almost Tried on Older & Newer (iPhone 5s to 16 Pro Max) Probably Waiting for 17 Series! smile!

I Know Old Account Are Worked for Login, But Cant Create A New Account! Its Very Important Question

You Cant Create, if yes then we are going to APPLE TV form then we active gmail apple account, then login to add 2FA in iphone but iphone redirected me this Erorr that i ve post! hope u now understand!

I See Some Sites They Make A SERVER: Create Apple Account withou 2FA API
this will create and login withou 2FA Number then after we Add A Custome Number for Furhtur Verification!
How Is That Works? Anybody Know?
