Hi:

I cant create partition because it says that i should have a unique partition...

I have two partitions, one for system and other for data (Music, photos, etc)

Bootcamp assistant only work if i have one unique partition??

Bootcamp Assistant doesn't like multiple partitions on your HDD
It takes your one partition and makes an additional Windows partition

so have t delete my data partition to use bootcamp assistant?

It doesnt make any sense.

Is the only way?

Partition the HDD yourself with Disk Utility and launch the Windows installer "manually". create a new MS-DOS (FAT) partition call it BOOTCAMP, insert the Windows install disc and reboot your Mac holding down Alt/Option. Then resume the usual Boot Camp instructions.

Note that you may need to add rEFIt http://refit.sf.net to get it to boot happily.
