For starters, Apple has made this the hardest thing to conquer. Why do they make you go through sooo many steps!! It's making me frustrated and loosing hopes of going further with my application. First off, I would love to just wipe my account clean and start from scratch. But this system is so flawed. Anyhow, I can't delete a Provisional Profile: I can't add one: It says I don't have a certificate, but I do! I am almost ready to smash my phone into the ground here. Any help is grateful, as both of my USED tech support emails have gone un answered. Not even my first email from May 15th.
