Cant delete app

Need some help.
I tried to download this app called 'ANGRY BOTS' it started to download but never did. Now I can't delete it even though I deleted it from my App Library.
I tried to and only says 'Loading'. I download it again and it downloaded but the original APP is still there. I also tried resetting the phone that didn't help.
Any ideas.

A reboot usually kills it. Not sure if that's what you meant by "resetting."

Hard re- set

Press and hold the power and home buttons down for 20 seconds, then wait for reboot ( this can take a while, so be patient)🙂

Tried Hard reset......didn't work.

Just reread your OP. It sounds like you have two copies of the app? The one that didn't download and another that did?

If so, delete the one that installed and try downloading the app in iTunes and sync.

How long has it been saying loading? The app is fairly large and can take quite a while to download and install.

about an hour and I dont even see the blue line. Its just not loading for some reason

ISSUE RESOLVED.

For anyone else that experiences this problem:

Sync your phone, then on your phone go into settings. general, RESET, Erase all content and settings.( since the APP never installed and was just hanging there it will be deleted) Then do a full Restore. Everything will be just the way it was except for that one hanging APP.🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
