My wife uses an app called Label Expert to print to a small BT thermal printer. Last week something happened and the printer started basically printing gibberish. Did everything the printer manual said to do, but nothing fixed it. On a whim, I tried printing from my iPhone and it worked just fine. I had to update the app on my phone before I could use it, so I went to see if an update would fix the iPad issues.
No update was available and since all our files are stored in the "cloud" I figured I could just delete the app and reinstall.
But I can't delete the app. I have tried every way I know and a few I didn't and it won't delete. I can remove it from a screen, but when I go to the app store and expect to see the little Cloud download icon, I simply get the OPEN icon.
Has anyone come across and app that can't be deleted? Most searches focus on how you can't delete some Apple system apps, but that is not the case here. I just need this app deleted so I can see if reinstalling it fixes the problem.
