Can't delete email

I've always been able to delete emails by tapping the trash can. Suddenly, I have no trash can! What happened to it?

Can you not go back to the inbox and swipe right on the email that you want to delete?

Open your email settings for the email account that doesn't have the trashcan, if you have "archive messages" on, turn it off...Your trashcan will magically reappear.😎
