Hey!

This problem - installing Malwarebytes app, download the file, install it, then send the downloaded file to garbage bin. Try to delete it - says it's in use.

Was it just system using it or did I ruin something in installing process? Did Malwarebytes now install defected? I left it in trash and it let me install it later. Or are these apps so tough that they either install (and work) or they won't install at all?

Have you ejected the disk image?
To further explain. Many Mac applications come packaged in disk images ending in the .DMG file format. These disk images are containers acting as a virtual USB drive if you will, like a USB drive they need to be ejected before the downloaded file can be deleted.
