i can delete iCloud backup!!! Completely infuriating. I get error saying try again later. Have tried logging in and out of Apple ID, resetting devices, deleting from an iPad Air 2, iPhone 8 Plus MacBook Air, Windows 10 machine same crap. Then 1/2 the time I get msg that “this device has never been backed up to iCloud” from iTunes yet on the device says last successful backup today at xx:xx.
