iPad mini Can't Delete iPad mini 5 iCloud backup

I had the iPad mini 5 on 13.3 beta and decided to roll back to 12.4.1 earlier tonight. Now that I have gone back to 12.4.1, I can't backup to iCloud nor delete the previous backup. When I try, I get the following message...(this backup could not be completed because iCloud contains a backup from a newer iOS version. I also get "the backup could not be deleted at this time" message)

I tried turning the iPad off and back on, as well as turning iCloud backup off on the mini and trying to delete. I even tried deleting the backup from the iMac.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I had this happen. Wasn't getting the version message, but was getting the cannot delete message. I read somewhere that it won't delete within 48 hours after a restore. Must be true as it finally deleted after 48 hours

I have been on the DB. If I was wrong, then it was 13.2
