Hello,

I am encountering a problem when trying to delete certain emails from the mail app! I get this message
6aab9610f4c014c37b6045ac00895360.jpg

It is occurring on both my iPhone and my iPad! How do I get rid of these?

I've had this on occasion. I find it to be a particular e-mail but will prevent groups of email from deleting if you do multiples. I have found doing individual deletes for each email sometimes works. Or moving the offending email to another folder and delete from there.

Eventually after trying a number of times it will delete. Suspect some type of malware phishing scheme or something in that email. No proof, just suspicion. Doesn't seem to be issue with phone, just a particular email occasionally. Also seems to run in spurts. Have not had any for several months now. Was getting afew regularly in October.

I've had this happen from time to time with my IMAP accounts if I delete a message using my computer but the server does not update the device.

In that case the message won't delete because it's already been deleted.

Hasn't happened in a long time for me though.
