Can't delete this weird item

[Macbook noob]

For some odd reason I can't delete this weird item in my trash bin. I have pressed option and then secure delete and it deletes and then comes right back. I have no idea what it is and it says it was last updated in 1903..... Any ideas of how i can permanently get rid of it?

That's odd, the last time something like that happened to me, restarting my computer fixed the problem.

I fixed it. I guess my USB flash drive was causing the problem. Stupid "Memorex" technology.
