I cannot download from iTunes, and Apple is no help! *When I try to download, I'm first asked for my password (never used to be the case) then am taken to a page where I'm to answer 3 security questions... OK, I do that, click 'ok', and then get a message that my session has timed out.*WHAT? This never used to happen, iTunes support keeps sending me pre-written form replies, and Apple wants $50 to figure it out for me. I asked Apple if this is related to my running an older OS (10.4.11) and was told that it was not.
Has anyone else encountered this, and hopefully come up with a reason and solution? *
