Can't download Office 2008 update

Anyone else have problems downloading Update 12.1.4? I have tried with Firefox and Safari, nothing happens.

In fact, I can't seem to download anything at all. Not from Apple Site or anywhere else? This is a new iMac?

Solved. Had downloads set to go with Speed Download which had been removed.
