cant download/update apps on ipad2 !

hi guys,
i am not able to download new apps nor update existing apps.
it only shows Waiting....

is there any problem on apple side ?
my wifi is working...and i could delete an app, but then i cant reinstall it,

any idea?

iTunes Freezes

My iTunes freezes when syncing apps to iPad 2, both on USB and cloud!
