Hi

Im have been frustratingly trying to download windows 7 on my mac, to use in parallels...but nothing seems to be happening. When i go to the windows download page, its asks me to sign into microsoft with my hotmail address and the it seems to start downloading, all i see is a circle of dots go round and round on the screen but i don't seem to be downloading anything.

Can someone please help me with this, or let me know where i can download windows 7 rc from and if i need to download it from a windows platform in parallels?

Does it make a difference if i donwload it in firefox or safari?

Im very confused and not particularly computer literate.

Many thanks

Actually, you should probably use IE, since you don't actually download Win7 directly from the page, but rather a download manager-like application that does the actual downloading. Not sure if it works with Firefox, so try it.
