Can't enable iCloud music library

Hi, Im an Apple Music subscriber and since a week i get a message that my iPhone was associated to a different Apple ID from which i have the Music account and that I have to wait 90 days to re-associate it... I've been looking for some hints on google but seems like a strange issue, and don't know how to fix it! This makes apple music pretty useless for me :/
