I’ve just returned from the US with an Apple Watch 4. The ECG app is on there and it’s still working now I’m back in the UK.

However, when I try to enable the Irregular Rhythm Notifications in the Health app, I get this message:
“Update your Apple Watch in order to set up Irregular Rhythm Notifications”.

The watch was running 5.1.3 (16S535) out of the box.

Any suggestions to get the notifications working?
