Can't enable secondary click in Lion

Hi all,
I have a 2008 17" mbp and upgraded to lion.
I can't do secondary click even after I checked the box in the track pad setting.
And when I reopen the track pad setting, the box unchecked itself...

Also don't have the drop box for the options of how to do the secondary click too...

Anyone have same problem or can help here?
