Cant Facetime Audio or Video One Contact

So just like the title says, this contact (my mom), she can FaceTime audio/video anyone, including me, anyone else can FaceTime audio/video her, but when it comes to me trying to FaceTime audio/video her, I can't, at least not in the normal way through contacts or through the FaceTime app. I can only FaceTime audio/video her through the messages right top corner setting. I thought this was an iOS 26 issue, but I have read a few Reddit posts from years ago having the same issue, so I'm wondering if anyone has a fix? I already tried rebooting, adding email to the contact and whatnot, deleting and re-adding her contact, literally, anyone else can FaceTime audio/video her, but not me. iMessage is unaffected; that still works flawlessly.
