Hi

My GF got her iPhone yesterday, which is great.
I can send her an iMessage but the button to Facetime isn't there. Is there anything I need to do on her phone to enable it?

Thanks

Which iPhone did she get and which country are you based in?

I am based in Dubai, UAE and FaceTime is blocked in UAE due to government regulations. I can iMessage no problem, but FaceTime button is "blurred" out...

This might seem obvious, but have you enabled FaceTime in the first place?
Settings > FaceTime > Then set it up

After setting it up, you should see it appear when you try to FaceTime her.
