Can't figure out Hue lights with HomeKit

I can't even figure out where to start! I go to add accessory but that seems to require bluetooth, while Hue doesn't even seem to work that way? How do I connect my Hue Bridge/lights with HomeKit?

go to find accessory and push the hue button. my wises phone found it and it is setup but when it is shared with me it acts like I need a Apple TV like I am not home.

Do your lights work with the Home app when you are away from home? Mine do not and I'm curious if it's designed that way or I am missing something

you have to have a new apple tv for away use. so no I can't test it as I don't have apple tv.

You can also set up an iPad to act as a Home hub as well.

I figured out why mine wasn't working....have to have two factor authentication on for remote access
