THANKS for this!

...I thought maybe they make it hidden now...or else I made it visible so long ago I forgot about it. This is the first time I've tried to get into this folder since I updated to Mountain Lion (december), ...wait, uh, since upgrading internal HDD (late november), so either the new Lion install on new hard drive or the 10.8 upgrade must have made the Library folder invisible again.
I found two .ipsw files (6.1 & 6.1.2), deleted them, then I go to itunes and it says 6.1.2 is available (w/download options)!?

(why not 6.1.3?)
I decided to go to:
http://www.idownloadblog.com/download/ and download 6.1.3 ipsw. I then put the 6.1.3 ipsw in the iphone soft... folder, then, in itunes, I cancelled the prompt for 6.1.2 update, I option-clicked on "Update", selected the 6.1.3 ipsw, and it is now updated w/iOS
I have to say...it was so much easier to find invisible files in some old version of OS X (Jaguar?) with the spotlight/search function...anyone remember this...you could define what kind of file you were searching for including "visibility".
