Can't find any apps when I search Cydia

I was trying to get Push doctor because I get no notifications after downgrading to 3.1.3, because the iPhone was very slow, because it was (3G on a 4OS)...

I got Spirit jailbreak for 3.1.3 and got Cydia, and now when I search, nothing, help 🙁
