Can't find Government Alerts

I understand there's supposed to be an option for Government Alerts under Notifications. However, I'm not seeing it. Anyone else experience this? I'm on AT&T if that makes any difference.

I'm on. 4s with verizon and works on mine

Thanks, Pitt. I did a search and that thread didn't come up. I wonder why no support from AT&T? Ah well.
