Can't find the app

I saw in a thread something about an app that let's you know all the current apps that are on sale but I can't seem to find the thread....
Anyone know what I'm talkin about?😕

I use AppAdvice...I think AppAdvice costs money now ($1.99, used to be free), but it's amazing and I like it way better than AppShopper.

I like AppAdvice too, but their iPad app seems to contain a lot less info than their iPhone version, especially about sales.
