Cant find tv app in iOS (Canada)

They said in the keynote that it would be coming later this month.... Maybe on the 19 when they released ios 11 for all devices including apple tv
It showed up on mine but didn't work. It showed nothing except the titles at the top with a spinning circle.
Then I checked the settings to do an update and funny thing it didn't have the new OS installed. I thought the TV App needed tvOS4. Anyways, after updating, the TV App started working properly. But I don't have a big beautiful background photo like their website shows. It's a big blur of something. Maybe after watching some streaming services it will eventually learn and build this home page.
