Hello,
I'm trying to sideload and app and for that, I need an ios development account. I tried to request one here, but after scrolling to the bottom of the agreement, checking the first box and clicking the "submit" button - nothing happens (except the button become light-blue color). I tried on different browsers and different computers but it's still the same.
I have the latest xcode version, and when I click on "manage certificates" and trying to add "ios development account" it says "you already have a current iOS development certificate or a pending certificate request".

What should I do? Thanks

Your link brings me to a login prompt so I have no idea what screen you're looking at.

If you can't enroll, why not chat with Apple technical support?
