Can't get internet

My iphone has been acting weird all day. For most of the day, I couldn't get wifi, now that I can I can't get online.

When I click on Safari I get nothing. After a while a message comes on saying "Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding"

What gives and how do I fix it?

thanks for the comments. I tried everything mentioned, plus everything that was mentioned in other post. Out of frustration, I unplugged my router and BINGO! It is back to working like a charm.

I was ready to go visit with a genius.
