Can't get keyboard themes to work

I have a feeling if I search around I could find the answer (so flame away, if you must) But for the life of me, I have never been able to get any keyboard winterboard themes to work on my iPhone. Is there some tweak or cydia app i need to install? or anything I need to SSH? Thanks for the help

Those keyboard themes havent worked since the 3.0 days and no way they will work with 4.0 unless they're recently updated.

Don't feel bad I have never been able to get them to work on 3 different iPhones.

That's because for the last 9 months to a year, Winterboard can't enable keyboard mods except through iAccess as Applejuiced says.
