Can't get Lion HELP!

When i go into the app store it says lion has been installed
when clearly this is the 1st time i have went into the store

Try Option or Command clicking on the button, I forget which it is. See if it lets you then.

I'm not really sure. Contact Apple and maybe they can tell you why the store thinks your Apple ID downloaded Lion already.

Alt + Click on Purchase/Install should bypass the version check and allow to buy/download Lion.
Make sure you really tried right. If that doesn't work you might want to do a clean install of SL. I hope you are on SL.

Yeh im on SL, but i only have 1GB or RAM, but im sure that wont stop me from downloading it

It might not prevent it but it is not meeting the minimum system requirements and you might find 1GB slows your system. They suggest 2GB for a reason.
