cant get on internet with orange payg

i just upgraded from a 3gs to an iphone 4 and on the iphone 4 i cant connect to the internet.

i have 100mb free a month and every time i open up safari it says
sorry it has not been possible to connect to oeange world. please try again later

it has ben saying this for 3 days now and i still cant go on the web.

anyone have any ideas on what to do?
it works fine on my old 3gs

There could be a problem with the carrier. Try calling their customer support.
