Skip the sign in, when you finish setting up the phone then go to setting, fix your date and time and try to sign in again.

I was able to skip and get phone working, but still unable to login to iCloud in the settings . I wonder if I need to be on wifi instead of LTE.

danmart macrumors 68000 Sep 26, 2015 #4 I had real problems with this, too. Had to try multiple times and ended up skipping it until I'd completed the setup.
