Can't Get Port Mapping to Work with AEBS(wireless n)

I don't have one, but I've seen this discussed enough times... I believe it's under Advanced -> Port Mapping. Search around.
I found out where to put it, but still won't work
I know where the option is to do it but i don't know what to put in these fields
1.Where do i find the Ethernet ID (I'm connect through Ethernet on the windows computer)
2.What ip address do i type in for ipv4?
