Can't get rid of aptbackup icon

I have cydelete. I removed aptbackup. When I reset homescreen layout aptbackup keeping coming back on springboard. It's not present in manage packages in Cydia.

How can I permanently remove it.

The easiest way is to hide the icon. You can do this with i.e. SBSettings.
