Can't get sim card out

Got the 3G iphone today, finished work etc.. tried to remove the sim but I can't seem to get the sim bay to pop up..

any advice out there please

anyone else had similar hassle ?

i know on my first gen phone a pen wasn't narrow enough and i had to use a safety pin to get it to pop out.

Use the tool included (it's held down by flaps inside the box) and press all the way down through the hole until it pops up.
