Can’t get spigen ultra hybrid off?

Anyone else find the fit the be extremely tight? I really don’t know if I can get it off without breaking the case or my phone.

Put a microfibre cloth over you hand and use a nail to lever a corner off from the top.

This is how I get my tight case off.

I couldnt get mine off of my X either - I had to get my friend to do it. She held the phone bottom up, screen facing her, and used her thumbs to push in and back, just below the corners. Use your other fingers as leverage.

My thumbs just dont have enough strength.

Anyone else experience this? Wondering if maybe in a new batch they fixed this.
