Can't get "The Wire Season 2" from Apple TV to iTunes

I've downloaded several series ("The Wire Season 1" among them) via Apple TV and they all sync to be viewable in iTunes on my iMac and I have been able to copy them to my iPhone. I downloaded the 2nd season of The Wire through Apple TV and it is easily watched there, and it shows in iTunes in the Apple TV section. It does not show up in the iTunes TV SHOWS section. I think I've tried all the different sync settings, including "sync all." All the other shows are there. Any ideas? Help would be much appreciated and, in advance, THANK YOU.
