Having problem in Ps, but I THINK the problem is Apple Mac OS related.

Basically, the dialog boxes are hidden, and I can't see them to respond. Made a video. What you'll see is me saving a multi-layer image, which takes a while. So I hit "X" to close the window.... and I SHOULD get a dialog window that says something to the effect of "Ps is saving this image. We can close the window when the save is complete." or something similar.

Regardless, the window dialog is hidden or covered. As you can see in the video, I get an error sound when I try to do anything, meaning the dialog is open and must be responded to FIRST. In this case, I can just hit Return and all is good- in fact, you can see the dialog flash up when I do this. And I used this as an example because I know this behavior.

But there are MANY other dialogs I get Im not sure what the default is, and I just have to "Accept" to move on.... and sometimes this is a bad thing! Anyway, how do I get that dialog box to appear as a top layer?

OK here it is again in a different context. I just want to close this image. I hit the "X" on the toolbar to close it.... and an obviously hidden dialog box is popping up, probably saying "Do you want to save this?" I dunno CUZ I CANT SEE IT!!!

Anyway, I hit Return just to keep it going.... and you can see the dialog flash up, and then a new window appears, and this one IS on top!

FRUSTRATING!

OK, posted this in FB too.... and got a response.

Someone there thinks the M1 screws up the memory when you fill it up in Ps.... so either Ps is not playing nice with Mac or Vice versa. Regardless, we both are using M1 MBPs so this seems to make sense. We both have 32 gigs of mem, but we are editing multiple layers of 50meg images.... so it is stressing the system after a few images....

ANyway, he suggests restarting Ps, and that did take away the problem at least temporarily....
