2018 Macbook Pro with Touch ID but not "Wallet & Apple Pay" in preferences, anyone have a solution for this?

Edit -

Created a new test account and it shows up on that account so must be some type of config issue with my user account.

Any suggestions where I can look?

I think Apple wallet is only a feature in iOS

That is not correct.

It's part of the new 2018 MacBook Pro. I was able to initially set it up when I got my new MBP, but after using the Migration Assistant to migrate from my old Mac I have the same issue. The Wallet and Apple Pay preference pane has disappeared, although it does appear in a new account on my Mac.
