iPod touch Can't get Ziphone off my mac!!!!

I'm annoying myself at this point, but can someone help me out w/ this sob. Will not let me trash it. Tried everything I can think of (which isn't much). 😡😡

Have you tried using AppDelete? or booting up in safe mode [http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1455] and then try deleting it?

Make sure its not running in activity monitor.
