Can't go onto App Store

    Hey people I just want some help because I can't go onto the App Store.

    It's not letting me see what needs updating or I can't download or search for anything. I can't log out either.

    My date and time are correct on settings.

    Also when I click onto iTunes & App Store on settings, settings freezes and it won't show me the page and I have to exit the app. I have tried to do this many times.

    I have turned my ipad off and on again many times.

    Because I cannot get any updates, many of my games and other apps are unable to work.

    I have no idea how to fix this, please help!

    Your situation typically happens when someone else makes a purchase on the same device by using their separate account. If you rightfully purchased all those apps/games you'll need to contact Apple support.
