Can't import more then one photo at a time into iPhoto

I drag and drop photos onto the app icon on the dock... Refuses to import. Tried doing it via the File menu, refuses to import. It will do one at a time though. WTF?

Nope. It just won't do it. I have to drag them one by one... Brutal.

Might be permission or database problem. Make sure you have a backup before doing following:

Open iPhoto while pressing Command-Option and select "repair permissions". If that won't work try "repair database".
